Hard Tooth-flank Reducer
1、 Overview
This product is reducer with involute cylinrical gear by external gearing according to the national professional standard ZBJ19004. It can be used in the fields of metallurgy, mine, hoisting, transportation, cement, building, chemical, textile and pharmacy and so on.
2、 Application
a. Fast axis ≤1500R/min；
b. Peripheral speed of gear ≤20m/s
c. Working temperature: -40~45℃. If lower than 0℃, warm up to 0℃ before starting. The reducer can rotate forward or reversed.
3、 Characteristics
a. The gear employs quenched high-intensity mild alloy steel, with tooth-flank hardness HRC58~62, and the tooth-flank employs digital-control grinding technology and has high accuracy and good contact.
b. High drive efficiency: single drive >96%, double drive >93%, triple drive >90%.
c. Stable running, low noise;
d. Long lifetime and high bearing capacity;
e. Convenient for installing and overhaul inspection.
