CP3 Series of Helical Gear Reducer Drive mode：parallel axis drive, the input axis and out axis are paralleled.
Complete machine: multiple installing modes, the reducer can have solid axis, the hollow axis can have key slot, shrink plate or taper sleeve, meeting requirements of different customers.
Overall structure: unique new design, compact structure, wears well.
Machine body: employs standard pearlite grey cast iron, with optimized structure and small volume and high intensity.
Gear: employs highclass alloy steel, after carbureting and quenching and grinding, with high drive efficiency and load ability, stable running and low noise.
Axis accessories: the axis with accurate balance can bear cantilever load and shock load, ensure normal work under worst environment. All axis are imported with long lifetime. And the axis accessories are made of highclass alloy steel with good mechanical property.
Lubrication: the complete machine has been filled up with lubricant according to the requirements of the customer and the customer can directly install and use the reducer according to the operation manual. The lubricant is imported special gear lubricant with high property.
Source of power: the source of power of the reducer can be standard motors, all special motors, or other source of power, conveniently connected with the reducer.
Working environment: this reducer can work under surrounding temperature -10~+40℃, altitude above sealevel up to 1000m.
