1、 Overview
Planetary cycloidal pin wheel reducer, applying planet drive theory, employs joggling of cycloidal pin and tooth. It can be used in the fields of hoisting, transportation, mine, metallurgy, petrochemical, textile, dye printing, light industry, food, rubber, packaging, roadbuilding, environmental protection, grain and oil and so on.
2、 Characteristics
a. High drive ratio: 9~87 for single reduction, 99~7569 for double reduction. If needed, higher drive ratio can be got by multiply combination.
b. High drive efficiency: average efficiency over 90% because the joggling part of the reducer employs scroll joggling. c. Small volume and light weight. d. Little failure and long lifetime: main drive part of this reducer is made of scroll axis steel with good mechanical property and wear resistant property, and wears well without failure due to rolling friction. e. Stable running: the drive process of this reducer employs multi-tooth joggling with stable and reliable running and low noise. f. Convenient for disassembly and assembly and maintenance. g. Strong overload ability, shock resistance, little inertial moment, can start and rotate forward or reversed continually.
